How long does it take for my order to ship?
Dear prepares and packs each order by hand from New York City. Orders ship Monday through Friday. For personalized product, please allow 4 weeks of production before shipping.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently ship to the United States. Please note that Dear does not charge a handling fee. All shipping costs are based solely on weight and destination.
What is the Return Policy?

We are unable to refund for any personalized items since it is not possible to restock these. This excludes damaged items.
